When Emiel and Sabrina, the founders of Avayo, reached out to us, they recognized the need to refresh their branding and logo after 12 years since its establishment. They also recognized the need for a new website, as the existing one was overloaded with information, challenging for users to navigate and appeared just a little bit outdated.

Another aspect they sought to change was their packages and registration process. They aimed to make the offerings clearer for users and replace old fashioned and time-consuming registration processes for new clients. Following our initial meeting with them, our content, design, and development teams rolled up their sleeves. And thus, the journey to a more modern online ticketing software branding began.

Since Avayo is in the entertainment industry that covers people's leisure time, from parties to theaters, museums, sporting events, etc, we wanted to create a modern website that would be fun for visitors, informative, and at the same time easy to navigate.

Our content team researched keywords, competition, and industry trends to create engaging and informative SEO web copy. The site needed to be useful for both ticket sellers and buyers. As Avayo is a family business, our team took special care to give the story a personal touch.

First things first - a complete new look should come before any website redesign. Our branding team first created a brand-new logo, the ticket in the shape of an 'A,' whose sleek lines symbolize streamlined efficiency and the vibrant color gradient that represents the variety of events you can effortlessly manage and attend. The mix of the colors showcases the different event types available at Avayo, and the A-shaped ticket became an omnipresent symbol in the branding.

When designing the website, our focus was on UI/UX, combined with a modern look and dynamic, cheerful elements.

Our team invested significant effort and dedication into this project, and we're thrilled with the outcome — a modern, user-friendly, optimized website.

In order to do so, the whole website needed to be restructured. Hybrid Digital dedicated time to carefully consider the customer’s journey on the website and reorganizing the content in an entirely new manner. This process involved introducing new pages and removing those deemed less important, thereby streamlining user experience and content relevance.

Our designers chose color schemes and typography to align with the brand and create a visually appealing experience. Due to the nature of Avayo’s business and the versatility of its potential clients, we wanted to give them a very colorful vibe. Throughout the project, the design team collaborated with developers to ensure the design was implemented correctly and that interactions were smooth and intuitive.

One of the challenges along the way was keeping the copy of the website colorful just like the visuals. Our main goal was to be approachable, and we made sure Avayo sounds like that in both Dutch and in English. This involved carefully researching what phrase best fits each language and creating a great fusion of a website that is both Dutch and English-thinking.

Working with Avayo was a fantastic experience. Their collaborative spirit, dedication to excellence, and clear communication made the entire process enjoyable and efficient.

Moving forward, our content team will implement a content strategy aimed at continuously engaging visitors to the website and boosting organic traffic. Meanwhile, our social media team is hard at work developing strategies for LinkedIn and Instagram to ensure a strong online presence and further connect with our audience.
