There are a whole lot of things that go into marketing, and providing the full experience takes time, effort, and, most importantly, teamwork. We enjoy working for Typeqast as much as we do precisely because it’s one of those projects where we’re all involved and can brainstorm and create together

Typeqast is an IT company that consists of over 300 experts from different fields – they provide services from backend to UI/UX design. Their goal is to empower scale-ups across Europe through partnerships that provide them with the additional tech stack that’s sometimes required for growth. By offering development teams as a service and delivering state-of-the-art technology, Typeqast says its mission is to design, build, and maintain cutting-edge cloud platforms.
The Two Fronts of the Battle
Typeqast approached Hybrid Digital in the hopes of achieving two separate goals – they needed improvements in terms of both lead generation and employer branding. Both these tasks are crucial for a company to stay on top of its game. Besides the two main goals, our focus was also on increasing brand awareness.
This was an opportunity for us to really buckle down and show what we’re made of. With all of our teams united on two different fronts, it was time to go into battle.

How We Reached Their Goal (or Two)
Firstly, Typeqast needed more leads in their pipeline, and HD decided to approach this by targeting different verticals. This included eHealth, eCommerce, FinTech, and SaaS. Each of these has a different audience, so part of our mission was to target each of them as precisely as possible. This was done through content creation (blogs, white papers, newsletters) meticulously arranged by tailored marketing strategies. We also invested time into research, accurately forecasting trends for industries such as healthcare and SaaS. Through this task, we had the constant support of our outreach team.
Our second goal was to find our way to qualified potential team members for Typeqast. For this, we turned to social media campaigns. From their creation to content design to data reporting and analysis, the Hybrid Digital team handled their online presence with great care and focus. This went over so well that we even had some new prospects approach Hybrid Digital to see if we could do something similar for them as well!
And all of this paid off. We’ve managed to increase the web session growth 4 times over and also increase the number of employees! We’re continually working on these numbers, reviewing, and improving the Typeqast website, and just recently added a new section – Life at Typeqast – devoted to employer branding.

We’re Staying Allied For the Future
With everything that’s going on in the world, we’ll admit it – 2022 has been rough. But none of it was enough to stop us, and we’re still going strong in breezing past benchmarks both in lead generation and employer branding.
None of this would be possible without the constant support and excellent communication we’ve had from Typeqast’s side. We even had the pleasure of meeting the CEO and the Commercial Director in person! We’re thrilled to be part of this collaboration since Typeqast and its CEO won quite a few awards these past years!
Typeqast is one of Hybrid Digital’s first clients, and the partnership is still going strong! They have something great in store for next year, and we’re super excited to be a part of that journey!
